This hoya was first given to me as a birthday present on a Hoya gathering I had at my house in June 2011. It had been on my wish list for a very long time so you can only guess how happy I was?! The cutting had only two leaves, but oh so nice those leaves are! The cutting came originally from Liddles in Australia so later in the summer when I was in on a larger order from them I didn't hesitate to order a bicknellii. The cutting that arrived at the end of September was fairly large, but actually seemed to have grown "hanging". It rooted fast under grow lights and started growing about the same time as the small cutting. Now all they have to do is grow a lot and bloom... I happen to like yellow blooming hoyas!
