I bought this one as a fairly large plant in July 2003. It was in bad condition and I rooted 3-4 fairly large cuttings. It turned out to be one of the fastest growing hoyas I've ever had. It more that doubled in size in less than one year. After about two years after I got it the plant was rather big with quite thick foliage and it flowers quite a lot.

It flowered for the first time in August 2004. After that it has bloomed several times a year and quite often it has a lot of umbels opened at the same time and new buds seem to come right after the old flowers had fallen off... With many flowers at the same time, the fragrance is quite strong. I would have to say that this is a hoya that no collector should be without!
