Hoya pentaphlebia IML 0391

I bought this hoya as a rooted cutting in May 2004 from Botanova in northern Sweden. When I read in their description that it was supposed to have yellow flowers I had to have it. When I got it I thought it looked almost like my glabra that I had bought from them (which turned out to be citrina). The leaves are quite large and very nicely veined, sort of dimpled between the veins. I've had this hoya almost 1.5 year and it has turned out to be one of the most beautiful hoyas I have! The foliage is just awsome! The flowers are really lovely and the fragrance made them even lovelier, even though I can't really say WHAT they smelled like. When it bloomed for the first time in September 2005 I had it with me to a hoya meeting and nobody there could really say what it was... The closest we got was to lavender.
